Hello! What's going on here is that I (who you probably know as Fern, Frabjous Fern, Fiddler, Fernilicious, Pippi, Dinner, Krowskiet, Bread Lady's Daughter, or any of my other nicknames) have most likely directed you here because you asked what I'm up to, or I'm shamelessly self-promoting.
Originally this started to let friends know what I was doing while sailing in a way they could check if they wanted to and leave comments as they wished, as well as just plain wanting to experiment with making a blog. Then I got home and abandoned it. So now I'm attempting to revive this blog to have a place to ramble about whatever I happen to be doing or thinking about. I mean, keeping a private journal obviously isn't enough.
So welcome! Feel free to make your presence known, just behave. I check comments so if someone isn't, I'll be the first to know and I will wield my Snippage Powers of Doom. Hey, it's a power trip, what did you expect on a personal blog?
